The Boss Levon Runner is a low-top trainer built on a running-shoe silhouette, giving it a sportier edge than a standard casual lace-up. The upper combines smooth suede panels across the toe box, heel counter and side overlays with a perforated mesh vamp and tongue, creating a nice contrast of textures in a dark navy tone that reads close to black in most lighting.
A broad white side stripe with a curved, swoosh-like profile runs from the mesh vamp back towards the heel, broken up by a black block carrying the BOSS wordmark in light grey print. The padded tongue also carries a small BOSS logo, and the insole is printed with the brand name in orange, a small heel tab accent in the same shade tying the detailing together. Flat navy laces run through six pairs of fabric-reinforced eyelets for a secure, clean fastening.
Underfoot, a white midsole strip sits above a black outsole with a fine chevron-tread pattern, moulded with a slightly upturned toe and heel for a comfortable, running-inspired feel. This is a versatile pick for anyone after a smart-casual trainer with a bit more presence than the usual white leather styles — suede and mesh construction with directional detailing means it pairs equally well with jeans or joggers, making it a solid everyday option for the man who wants his trainers to do a bit of talking.
