How do I return my item?
We want all customers to have a simple and hassle-free experience, we offer a 90-day hassle-free return policy, within 90 days please either return your item for a refund or an exchange.

When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process refunds within 3 working days of receiving them, we will refund the same payment method used to place the order
I want to exchange my order, what do I do?
Please follow the above steps and let us know what item you would like us to exchange with, we will exchange this within 3 working days of receiving the item back and credit your account should there be a difference in value.
