How do I return my item?

UK - Returns

We want all customers to have a simple and hassle-free experience, we offer a 90-day hassle-free return policy, within 90 days please either return your item for a refund or an exchange. Items must be unworn, unused and Brand New.

Please follow the process below:

  1. Prepare your parcel, if possible use the original packaging to repack the item.
  2. Click Here to download the return form, if you are unable to download this, note down the following information and place this inside the parcel
  3. Please click here to create your UK return label.

         -Contact Telephone

  1. Post the item back to the following address, please use a secure service as it is your responsibility until the parcel reaches us.

International Returns

Customer outside of the UK must return their item back to us for a refund or a replacement.

  1. Securely Package the item and ensure that the package is sealed properly
  2. Ensure you have included the return form, if you are unable to do this please insert a slip with your order number, email address and a contact telephone number.
  3. Clearly mark the parcel with the address below
  4. Return using your own carrier ( tracked recommended ) - Please ensure you mark the parcel as "Return to Origin", "Return to sender" or "Returned Goods"
  5. Keep hold of your receipt until we have received the item back and have replaced or refunded your account.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process refunds within 3 working days of receiving them, we will refund the same payment method used to place the order

I want to exchange my order, what do I do?

Please follow the above steps and let us know what item you would like us to exchange with, we will exchange this within 3 working days of receiving the item back and credit your account should there be a difference in value.
