Royal Mail Strike Action

Royal Mail Strike Action

Following the recent and ongoing Industrial Action by Royal Mail, their workforce has been on strike which has caused on ongoing delays to all of their services including Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Royal Mail Tracked 24 services. This has affected lead times on delivering these parcels. Through our daily contact with Royal Mail we have seen some parcel being delivered 2 - 6 days late and some parcel taking much longer than this. Specificly any parcel shipped from the 24th November and the 1st December are seeing the biggest delays. Royal Mail have assured us that the parcels are safe and they are working thorugh the backlog unfortunatly these delays are not being dealt with efficiently and recent parcels are being delivered quicker while older parcels are still in their depots and sorting offices.

This situation has been out of our control and we are a small business can only apologise for this situation, we have a generous 90 days returns policy and this is from when the order has been received, if you require additional time to send a parcel please contact us and we will advice further.

For the time being and until we see an improvement in service levels we recommend that you use a different carrier where available.
